HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! :D

YUPP IT'S THE SECOND DAY OF 2010!
and after getting back all the sleep that i've lost i've decided to come and blog about my countdown.

alright so i spent my last few minutes of 2009 with Edlyn, JY and JR at Marina Bay, on the bridge overlooking the sea and the floating platform. the fireworks were spectacular! so pretty! i wish it had lasted longer!

okay so after the countdown we went to a club in Clarke Quay. the dancefloor was packed with people and everybody was so close to each other i was super scared i'll get groped or something hahaha. so we went to the rooftop of the club instead where there's a bar and we can enjoy the scenery. so we were just chatting when suddenly everyone rushed to the sides and looked down and started shouting and cheering. so we went to take a look too. hahaha. apparently there was this white man who got drunk and started stripping and challenging the bouncer to a fight omg. he was like totally naked. i saw his thing omg! everyone was cheering on the fight. but in the end the bouncer managed to get the poor guy clothed and back into the club hoho. the smoking smell was too much for us to bear so we went to tcc after a while cos we were getting hungry anyway.

then we were at tcc. and Edlyn kept wanting to drink beer. hahaha i remembered i drank beer before in primary school and i didn't like it at all! it was so bitter omg, i told myself i'd never touch beer again. i told her beer's a bad choice, but she wanted to try, and so did JY. it was Ed's first time on beer, and JY's first time on alcohol! seriously, JY never even tried Jolly Shandy before!
and so they did. and true enough, they didn't like it. hahaha i drank some too, since i've never tried Heineken's (probably the best-tasting in the world, according to the ad hahaha). i only drank Tiger beer before. and yupp, the taste is similar to what i had a few years back. JR and i ordered frappes too, but caffeine never seems to work on me. we chatted and walked around, waited for train service which starts at 6.30am, but in the end Ed and JR decided to catch the bus ahahaha! then JY and i walked home together and i reached home at 7! was sooooo tired.
to conclude, it was a countdown pretty well spent i must say.

so people, have a great and smooth-sailing year ahead! i hope everything goes well for all of us! :D
